まず鍛造シザーを作るためには、日本の素材製造技術と鋏職人の技術が絶対不可欠となります。
素材から皆さんが良く見る鋏の形にするまで、完全に職人の手削りとなるため、
鍛造鋼材を熟知している職人しか削り出せません。

そして鍛造鋼材から作り出した鋏に、熱処理を加え、さらに硬度を重ね、
唯一無二の日本の技術の結晶、純国産鍛造シザーが完成します。

絶対的に国産の職人にしか作り出せません。

零式シリーズでは、長さのバリエーションに加え、手曲げによる高精度のマイルドなカーブ鋏をバリエーションとして、準備しております。

小藤と名付けられたカーブハサミは、職人の手曲げ。
外国製など、シザー素材から曲げる製法と違い、
このカーブ鋏は後曲げ。ストレートシザーを作り、曲げる。
開閉させても、ぴったりと隙間なく動き、
毛が逃げるという感覚は全くなく、ザグッと切れる。
国産の職人の手さえあれば、ギザ刃など必要がないのです。

Boasting hardness comparable to high-grade steel, they employ the same forging method as Japanese swords.

The "Zero Type" series was developed to pursue a balance between hardness and flexibility, achieving superior sharpness and ease of use.

The manufacture of forged scissors requires, above all, Japan's material processing technology and the skills of skilled scissor craftsmen.

From the raw materials to the shape of the scissors we see every day, everything is finished by hand by craftsmen, something that can only be achieved by craftsmen who deeply understand forged steel.

Scissors made from forged steel are further hardened through heat treatment, embodying the pinnacle of Japanese craftsmanship as unparalleled, purely domestically produced forged scissors. The sharpness, durability, and supple cutting action of these scissors are unmatched by other Japanese craftsmen.

The Zero Type series offers scissors in various lengths, as well as high-precision scissors with gently curved designs achieved through hand-bending.

These curved scissors, known as "Koto," are hand-bent by skilled craftsmen.

Unlike overseas-made scissors that are bent from raw materials, these curved scissors are first cut straight before bending.

They open and close smoothly without any gaps, and there is absolutely no feeling of hair slipping. The exceptional sharpness allows for precise cuts.

Thanks to the outstanding skills of Japanese craftsmen, serrated blades are unnecessary.
